Did you talk to them about their wooden paddles? Didn't know if they were making SUP specific paddles? Their pricing for their paddles (on their website)was really reasonable! Wood paddles look good and have lots of soul!
I spoke to the guy that makes them. They are beautiful! Fairly light too. SUP specific. They had a wooden blade, with a carbon shaft.
