Rocker Jig

I saw a rocker jig on the web. It looked simple and cheap to make, so I built one.

You are looking at the jig laying on the bottom of my Kyle Bernhardt after having been on the wife's JL 10 footer. This shows how the rocker curve of the JL compares to the KB.

Cost to build, $20.00

The fin is like a Wingnut. A larger clone. I use it on rough days.

Where did you get the materials for your rocker jig?
What did you use for the batton touching the board? I assume is half metal because you're using magnets...?
Thanks!

They are Magnetic Tool Pick-ups. We have a Harbor Freight store here. They cost $1.38 each in the store. Then I bought a roll of magnetic tape and stuck it to a strip of vinyl trim bought at Home Depot.
