Nicely done Dwight. You clearly have a talent for this. Since you're using this design as a baseline, I look forward to hearing how it does in the water and what adjustments you would make. Also curious to number of hours you spent on building this board and the materials cost.

It cost me $630 with pad. The Greenroom will make you one just like it, for $830 without pad. If it wasn't so much fun to build, I'd pay the Greenroom to do it.

Labor
1) Make hot wire templates and hot wire 2 hours
2) Shape it 3-4 hours
3) glass it 4 hours
4) hot coat 1 hour
5) sanding 3 hours
Looks quick, but somehow it always takes days. Lots of waiting between steps.
