The new PSH paddle design

You may recall Blane Chambers was a pioneer in the small paddle blade movement. He invented the narrow Kialoa Methane. At the time, the Methane was more narrow than anything else on the market. Now Blane has gone one step farther and released a 7.3" PSH blade with dihedral. Yes folks, he's gone dihedral. Big dihedral, like a C4 blade. I just bought this PSH blade to save Jacky's shoulder blade. She's been in tremendous pain and unable to sleep due to pain under her shoulder blade. She's been to the doctors office twice now for pain injections. This new paddle should greatly reduce the strain on whatever is wrong. Some of it is probably the nagging dislocated shoulder injury she suffered kitesurfing 10 years ago. Stay tuned for how the new paddle works. I'm sure everyone will want to try it this weekend.
7.3" wide PSH compared to 8.3" wide QB

New product, new product! Can't wait to give it a test this weekend!! ha ha ha!!!

That paddle is so intriguing that it was just screaming in the shop, "test me, test me, take me to the water!!!". Surprised that Z didn't try to snag it and put a Cabrinha sticker on it. :)

Seriously, hopefully it will help J's shoulder!

Wonder if that is the size that Blane and Austin are using? Any word if there are different sizes? Maybe a 7.75?

Have you tried the paddle yet? I realize if you've cut it down for J, that it will be too short, but just curious how the blade works and has too little or just enough power for someone your size.

Have you ever tried the Werner nitro? or a tropical blends look a like? It is the best stroking paddles I have tried yet, I have both, the nitro is really light and the TB look a like is a little heavier.

I have not tried the Nitro. But I will arrange a demo very soon. The PSH is a shorter blade than the Nitro, so less area.
