Dwight, I'm confused about the sequence. If you weren't laminating, then what was the vacuum bagging for?
The board is bagged twice. Once for the laminating the bottom, once for laminating the top.

So nearly got a copy of your 7'8 made for me here in Scotland last year. Closer to heading down that route(I still have your design plans.) Couple of questions. Have you retained the same rocker measurements as last year? Looks like you still have a flat bottom with no concaves or vee?
