It's the go-to board for everyday. Unless the surf turns epic, the others stay in the garage. Funny thing about this board. Nobody wants to try it. But after they do, they're hooked.
A lot of other boards in the garage are going up for sale soon.
That looks great, DW. Can't wait to hear if it makes a better noserider out of those who can't noseride very well. Really nice photos, btw. I hate that NC wind, though. Does it ever stop?
No, the wind never stops. That's why NC is famous and a travel destination for wind sports people. So many Canadian windsurfers come here, the state adopted the name "Canadian Hole" for one of the windsurfing spots in Hatteras. The wind is what brought us to NC 30 years ago.
But hey, our water is warm :-) About 80 right now.
It smokes that board. The problem most big boards have, is a speed limit. Big boards are FAST in knee high to wait high waves. At chest to head high, you feel the speed limiter kicking in. That's when they feel slow.
This board doesn't have that issue. Yet, it paddles fast and catches everything.
Strange, but this board "almost" makes the SIM style obsolete for me.

Killing it!!!!!!!!
It looked windy enough to use the strapless. Is this the go to board when it's windy?

I would love to see how it steps up from the Amundson. I've been dying to try it.
