I'm using a mast track. I don't know of any sources for a single insert in the US.
The board is 11'3 x 29.75
I'm not doing a narrow tail on this one. These boards don't do ripping turns. For me, it's just a longboard cruiser and its real good at that. I might do Jacky's with a narrower tail.
I recently wind SUPed the Naish 11'4. It wants to get up a go better than the Amundson, even though the Naish has a lot more rocker. My guess is the Amundson rocker "curve" is hurting it. I'm using the Amundson total rocker numbers, but fixing the "curve".

Dang! That was quick! How much time did it take to shape?
Started at 7am. Finished at 3:30. It takes a long time doing it the old fashioned way.
What dims did you settle with?
Did you think about a more narrow tail to pick up some maneuverability on the wave face?
Are you going to use a mast track insert or a fixed insert?
Can't wait to see the finished product!!!
